By accessing or using WeGen TV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Overview

• WeGen TV offers pay-per-view (PPV) access to live-streamed events across multiple categories.
• Access to each event is granted upon successful payment.
• The stream may be available live-only or with limited-time replay, as determined by the event organizer.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you may need to register and create an account:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Pricing

• Each event is priced individually; prices are displayed prior to purchase.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment gateways.
• All prices are in [currency] and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
• Once payment is confirmed, access to the purchased event will be granted.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All PPV sales are final.
• Refunds will only be issued if:
  • The event is cancelled by the organizer.
  • You experience verified technical issues on our platform that prevent you from viewing the event.

To request a refund, contact contact@wegen.in within 24 hours of the event.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not record, redistribute, or retransmit any content without permission.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the platform.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content (including video, audio, logos, and branding) is owned or licensed by WeGen TV or its event partners.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Streaming Quality & Technical Requirements

• Streaming quality may vary based on your internet speed and device compatibility.
• WeGen TV is not responsible for user-side technical issues (e.g., poor internet, incompatible browser).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms or use the Service in an unlawful or abusive manner.

10. Disclaimers

• Events are organized and managed by third-party organizers. We are not liable for the content, timing, or quality of any live event.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeGen TV, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
